【Abstract】 Based on the assumption that the tracks of wave peaks are similar within a small range of dependency variation a mixed-net method is put forward for solving problems of unsteady flow in an open channel. Nodes location is determined first by natural-net method,and then the flow conditions at nodes are determined by fixed-net method. This mixed-net method combines the advantages of the natural characteristic-net method with those of the fixed-net method,and its physical concept is clear. The method can easily satisfy stability conditions. The calculation scheme for this method is explicit. No iteration is needed and the computation can be done quickly.更多还原
