环氧树脂/聚氨酯互穿网络的研究——I、不同聚合物配比的互穿网络性能比较
STUDY ON INTERPENETRATING POLYMER NETWORKS OF EPOXY RESIN/POLYURETHANE. I. COMPARISON OF PROPERTIES OF INTERPENETRATING NETWORKS OF VARIOUS RATIOS OF TWO POLYMERS
【摘要】 本文对用同步法制备不同配比的环氧树脂/聚氨酯互穿网络体系进行了研究.结果表明,体系中当环氧树脂与聚氨酯的配比为90:10时,两相相容性好,互穿程度高,综合机械性能提高,并可提高环氧树脂的韧性.
【Abstract】 The interpenetrating networks systems prepared from various ratios of epoxy resin/ polyurethane were studied. The study results showed that,with the ratio of 90:10 of epoxy resin/ polyurethane, the two phases had a good compatibility and high degree of interpenetration, and the system had improved mechanical properties and a better toughness than that of the epoxy resin alone.
