【Abstract】 In this thesis,on the basis of meteorological and hydrographical data and the effects of droughts and floods in Lixia River Valley from 1954 - 1994, we analyse the laws and contributing factors of drougts and floods in this unique-terrain region. A contrast analysis approach is used to find out meteorological and hydrographical features of serious floods in 1954 and 1991 as well as serious droughts in 1978 and 1994. All this provides scientific basis for preventing from and reducing natural disasters.更多还原
