【摘要】 采用Skirrow琼脂培养基分离、培养、鉴定出幽门螺杆菌。用固体之平皿打孔法测定呋喃唑酮、土霉素碱及两药合用的抗菌活性。用Skirrow琼脂培养基稀释法,测定其MIC和MIC90量(mg/L)。结果表明,呋喃唑酮与土霉素碱合用对幽门螺杆菌的抑制有很强的协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Helic obacter Pyloridis ( HP ) was cultured in Skirrow agar culture medi_ m then isolated and indentified. The antibacterial actirity of f urazolidine (FZ)and Tcrramycine (TY) aad combination of them were determined by Skirrow- agar medium dilution assay. The results showed that the antibac-erial activity of combination of FZ and TY was more potent then that of either of them alone.更多还原
