【摘要】 本研究用免疫组织化学方法研究了ｒａｓ癌基因产物ｐ￣２１蛋白在５８例人肺癌中的表达。结果表明：ｐ￣２１蛋白在鳞癌中最高，达８１．５％（２２／２７），在腺癌中较低，为６５．２％（１５／２３），２例大细胞癌和１例腺鳞癌均为阳性，５例小细胞肺癌均为阴性，提示ｐ￣２１蛋白是非小细胞肺癌的一个较好标志物。在高分化肺癌，ｐ￣２１蛋白表达的阳性率为８７．５％（１２／１４），在中、低分化的肺癌，则分别为７５．０％（１８／２４）和６６．７％（１０／１５），三者之间无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），提示ｐ￣２１蛋白和肺癌分化的关系尚需进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expression of ras-P21 in 58 cases of human lung cancer was studied with Avidin-Biotin peroxidase complexmethod.The result showed that the positive expression was 81.5%(22/27)and 62.5%(15/23)in squamous cell carcinoma andadenocarcinoma,respectively.Two cases of large cell carcinoma and 1 case of adenosquamous carcinoma were all positive. Five casesof small cell carcinoma were all negative,our study indicated that ras-P21 was a better marker of non-small cell carcinomas,Thepositive expression was 85.7%(12/14),75.0%(18/24)and66.75%(10/15)in well-moderately-and pcorly-differentiated lungcancers , respectively(p>0.05).which indicated that the relationship befween p21 expression and lung cancer differentiation wasnot conclusive and need further sttidy.更多还原
