【摘要】 本文对50例有心血管病主诉的青少年的常规心电图ST－T改变进行了观察，经胸片、心电向董、超声心动图、心功能及心脏负荷试验等检查，50例中证实为病理性ST一T改变15例（30％），包括病毒性心肌炎Ic例，心肌病3例，病态窦房结综合征2例、非病理性的35例（70％），包括心脏神经官能征20例，情绪激动10例，特殊体格3例．饮冷水2例。说明有心血管病主诉的青年人中发现的ST－T改变约1／3为病理性的，2／3为非病理性的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of ST- T segment of ECG in 50 youths examined with x-chest film, vector electrocardiogram,cardic function echocardiogram and cardic loading test, were observed. The result showed that were 15 cases (30% )had pathologic changes including 10 cases of viral myocarditis,sick sinus syndrom in 2cases, 3cases with cardiomypathy and 35 cases (70% )had non - pathologicchanges including 20 heart neuosis, 8 hypamotility, 3 specific reaction and 2 drunking cold water,Our conclusion suggests that there are about one third of pathologic changes and two third of nonpathologic changes in ST-T segment of ECG in youths更多还原
