蝗虫微孢子虫中试灭蝗效果及生物复合剂的研究
An Exploitation and utilization way of Grasshoppers on Qinghai Grassland
【摘要】 “八·五”期间蝗虫微孢子虫(N、L)中试灭蝗83万亩,总感染率为82.68%,校正虫口减退率67.63%,施用后2~3年感染率39%,4~6年为12.63%,且虫口密度每百网仅1.7~7.2头,远在防治标准以下;六种蝗虫病原菌及生物制剂灭杀蝗虫试验表明,IGR、Bt、Qyb、Jd四种效果较好,其校正虫口减退率分别为81.24%、81.25%、82.68%、79.45%;经与N、L混合喷洒或隔带喷洒灭蝗,其效果在72.49%~84.54%之间。尤以N、L与IGR隔带喷洒灭蝗不仅效果好,且残虫中有62.5%的3—4龄若虫,对蝗蝻的滞育性很强。
【Abstract】 The estimation of biomass of grasshopper populations on Qinghai Lake and Cai Damu regions was conducted .The total biomass of grasshopper on about 400.000 ha were more than 4840 ton, and it was great potential for exploitation as food of chicken.The experiments on feeding chickens upon dried grasshoppers powder showed that, the survival rate of 7-day old Jinghuang I (one strains of chickens) was 88.71%, and average weight of them increased 1020. 2g in 49days after treatment.The production of 6─8 month old chicken (Xing Za 288)increased 18.08%, and their proportion of production increased 7.99%,compared with control.In order to collect grasshopper more efficiently, a grasshoppers collector has been designed, and the test of its fuctions showed that it was suitable and efficient for collecting grasshoppers in Qinghai Lake and cai Damu regions.
