镉对蒜根尖细胞分裂的影响
EFFECT OF CADMIUM ON THE MITOSIS OF ROOT TIP CELLS IN ALLIUM SATIVUM
【摘要】 蒜小鳞茎在不同浓度(100—400ppm)的镉(Cd)溶液中处理24—48小时后,观察到随着Cd浓度的递增或培养时间的延长,根尖细胞有丝分裂指数下降,分裂细胞异常率增高.分裂细胞异常主要表现为低毒的染色体C—有丝分裂、染色体桥等;高毒的染色体断裂、粘连、核解体等.蒜的耐Cd性较其它植物强,说明蒜是高抗Cd植物
【Abstract】 The cytological effects of Cadmium (Cd) solutions of different concentration (100~400ppm) on root tip of Allium sativum were observed after 24,48 hours of treatment. With the increasing of Cd concentration or treatment time, the mitosis index of root tip cells reduced and the number of anomalous dividing cells rosed. The main type of chromosomal aberrations were C_mitosis, chromosome bridge in lower toxicity; fragment, stickiness of chromosomes, micronuclei and disintegration of nuclei in higher toxicity.
