【Abstract】 Two breeds of chicken,Xingza 288 and Jingbai 904, were studied in this paper and it was suggested that the chromosomal aberration be an important reason of early dead embryoes. The percentage of various kinds of chromosomal aberration was put forward.The reason of chromosomal aberration was inquired into preliminarily. In addition,the bone marrow cell was abserved and it was determined the natural rate of two breeds of chicken’s micronucleus, was 2.74% in Xingza 288 and 2.98% in Jingbai 904 respectively.更多还原
