【摘要】 应用LNG皮下埋植剂185例控制生育,无1例妊娠,有效率100％。截至1996年3月30日,使用≥2年、≥1年,不足1年的累积终止使用率分别为0.54、2.16和6.48每百妇女。主要副反应为月经失调,也是终止使用的主要原因;但总失血量不多,对身体健康无明显影响。随着使用时间的延长,副反应逐渐减少,月经失调逐渐好转。埋植剂的放置和取出术容易掌握。185例中无感染和其它合并症。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study was carried from January 1993 to December 1995,185 women useing Norplant for contraception.The effective rate was 100%.There was no pregnancy being observed,till March 30 1996,the termination rate in the period useing Norplant ≥2 years,≥1 year,<1 year were 0.54,2.16,6.48,per 100 women respectively.The main side effect was menstrual disorder and this was the main cause of termination,but the total bleeding was low.There were no influence to the health.The longer of the period useing Norplanl,the lower of the side effect.The operation of insertion and termination Norplant were simple.There were neither infection nor other complication in 185 cases.This method is well accepted by Chinese Women because of the low pregnancy and reversibility.更多还原
