【摘要】 报告24例脊柱手术应用胎儿骨移植行脊柱融合术取得了满意效果。胎骨来源广,储备方法简单,不要特殊设备,灭菌效果可靠,骨愈合快,经外周血T细胞检测,异物免疫排斥反应小。脊柱外科应用胎骨移植可大大缩短手术时间,减少手术中出血及并发症发生,保证足够植骨量,可减少假关节形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 This report presented the good results of spinal fusion operation by transfer-ing fetal bone in 24 cases. Because the source of fetal bone is widely,the method of store is simple and need not special installation, the result of sterilization is reliable, the repair of bone is faster. Thourgh test of the T - lymphocyte in peripheral blood,we found the immune response is smaller. In spinal surgery, after using fetal bone, we can shorten the operation time, reduce the bleeding and complication, ensure sufficient bone to be transfer and lessen incidence of pseudarthrosis.更多还原
