【Abstract】 To study the best treatment methods of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Sixty - two cases of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding who received treatment in our hospital from 1989 to 1993 were retrospectively analysed. Diagnostic curettage must be performed in established diagnoses and to stop bleeding. Diagnostic curettage and de-po -provera or diagnostic curettage and combined oral contraceptive pill is the best treatment method. If hormone treatment is ineffctive,and if to found early malignant disease of the en-dometrium,removal of the uterus becomes inevitable.更多还原
