【摘要】 过敏性紫癜是一种坏死性小血管炎,除常见临床症状外,还可出现心血管、肺脏和神经系统损害。本组20例过敏性紫癜患儿,临床神经系统受累率10％,经颅多普勒(TCD)异常率80％,TCD异常主要表现大脑中动脉血流速度增快。本文结果推测过敏性紫癜患儿存在脑血管炎,为本病发生机制和治疗提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Henoch-schonlein purpura(HSP) is a disease of allergic that infects small blood vessels. Except some common clinical manifestations,It can also damages cardiovascular system, Lung and nervous system. Among these 20 children with HSP,10 percent with nervous system were infected and 80 percent with TCD changes. The main change is the increasing blood flow of arteria cerebrimedia. So we conclude the damage of cerebrovascular is exist in children with HSP. And this is help for clinical treatment.更多还原
