【摘要】 通过450例剖宫产三种不同术式相比较,发现各有相应适应证和手术最佳时机,腹壁横切口腹膜外剖宫产在活跃期地行手术,手术时间短,出血量亦少,术后病率少,恢复快。腹壁纵切口腹膜内剖宫产相应适应证较宽,在胎儿宫内窘迫紧急手术时,尤在潜伏期更为适宜。提示术式要根据相应适应证及母婴临产期情况来确定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three different kinds operation way within 450 cases were compared Different indication and corresponding perfect operation time were found. In activety period in labor,transverse cut cesarean section of extra peritoneum was done. Its advantages were the short of operation time, few uterus bleeding low post operation puerperal morbidity (recovery quickiy. Abdomen verticat cut section and intra peritoneum of Cesarean’s indication is wide. It adapts to fetus predecament in uterus. Its perfect time is at cubation period during labor. The result of this article is the operation way varing to clinic condition during labor.更多还原
