Nd2O3含量对 ZrO2立方相稳定的影响
EFFECT OF Nd2O3 CONTENTS ON THE STABILIZATION OF ZrO2 CUBIC STRUCTURE
【摘要】 用稀土金属氧化物 Nd2O3作为添加剂,通过固相反应的方法稳定 ZrO2立方相.X 射线衍射分析表明,稳定的 ZrO2立方相的体积分数随着 Nd2O3含量的增加而呈线性上升,当 Nd2O3含量为12 mol.%时,ZrO2立方相全部在室温下稳定,其稳定作用与 Nd—O与Zr—O键长的匹配有关.同时用线性拟合的方法得到了 ZrO2立方相的晶格参数.
【Abstract】 The cubic structure of ZrO2 was stabilized at the room temperature by adding the rare earth oxide,Nd2O3.The results of X ray diffraction for the samples with different Nd2O3 contents show that the volume fractions of the stabilized cubic structure of ZrO2 raise with the increase of Nd2O3 contents.The cubic structure is entirely stabilized as the content is 12 mol.%.The effect of stabilization is related to the match of bonds be- tween Nd—O and Zr—O.In addition,the parameter of the stabilized ZrO2 cubic struc- ture is obtained by the linear imitation for all the spacing of crystal plane.
