【Abstract】 The paprika pigments as food additives was analyzed by HPLC.The separation con- ditions were optimized and 3 paprika pigments that produced by different methods and extracted from different paprika had been measured on these conditions.The suitability of the method for analysis of various natural pigments was discussed.The data obtained by this way were valuable in the study of the pigment ingredients and the optimization of extraction conditions.更多还原
