【摘要】 本文根据笔者出席今年６月ＩｎｔｅｒｎｅｔＳｏｃｉｅｔｙ在美国夏威夷召开的ＩＮＥＴ＇９５会时收集到的材料，客观地介绍了当前Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的某些热点间题，包括Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ与全球信息高速公路的关系、网络安全问题、多媒体应用所带来的问题、ＣＩＤＲ和新一代ＩＰ协议（ＩＰｎｇ或ＩＰｖ６）、教育应用、有关Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的法律问题和地区性问题，以期供国内从事Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ研究和开发的同行们参考，更希望能够引起对如何建设好我国Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the documents obtained from the INET’95 sponsored by the Internet Society in Honolulu,Hawaii, USA, June 27-30, 1995, some current topics of the Internet have been elaborated objectively in this paper, including the relationship between the Internet and Gll (Global Information Infrastructure), commercial applications of the Internet, security mechanisms, issues arising from the multimedia applications like WWW on the Internet, CIDR and IP next generation (IPng or IPv6), educational applications, legal issues and regional issues, in order to share the knowledge with my colleagues who are engaged in research and development of the Internet and to arouse thinking about the way to make better use of the Internet in my country.更多还原
