利用联萘酚磷酸衍生物的NMR确定联萘酚光学纯度的探讨
THE STUDY OF OPTICAL PURITY DETERMINATION OF 2,2 DIHYDROXY 1,1 BINAPHTHALENE USING ITS PHOSPHORIC DERIVATIVES
【摘要】 通过对０，０（２，２’－联萘基）－Ｎ－（α－苯基乙基）磷酸胺（联萘酚磷酰胺）及０，０－（２，２’－联萘基）磷酰氯ＮＭＲ的研究．为利用这两个化合物的１Ｈ或１３ＰＮＭＲ确定联萘酚的光学纯度提供了理论依据．
【Abstract】 In this paper,on the base of NMR study of 0,0-(2,2’-binaphthyl)-N-(α-benzylethyl) phosphamidate and 0,0-(2,2 binaphthyl) chloride,of fered the theoretical basis of determining optical purity of 2,2 dihydroxy 1,1 binaphthalene by using 1H and 13P NMR of these two compounds.
