双酯链结构对加脂性能的影响

【摘要】 本文主要合成了五种乙二醇双酯,两种马来酸双脂,并研究了它们对皮革的加脂性能。实验中采用了外加表面活性剂的乳化方式进行了加脂实验。从皮革对测脂的吸收、成革撕裂强度、伸长率、抗张强度等方面进行了考察。实验结果表明:双脂结构的不同对双脂的吸收、成革撕裂强度、抗张强度的影响明显不同,但对成革伸长率的影响并不明显。

【Abstract】 Five di-esters of ethyleneglycol and two di-esters of maleic acid were prepared, and their effects on the fatliquoring were studied. These di-esters were emusified with surfactants for the fatliquoring.The tensil strensth,tear resistance and elongation of leather samples which are fathiguored with those dicestec were measured. The absorption of the leather samples for the fat liquor were also determined .It was shown from the results that the different structure of di-esters with the different effects on the oftensil strength,tear resistance leather samples,but there was no apparent difference of elongation amonm di-esters.
