失语症病人言语作业的脑电地形图研究
Comparative study on BEAM during verbal tasks in aphasic patients and normal subjects
【摘要】 对7例失语症患者及40例正常受试者在5项言语作业时记录脑电图,计算各项言语作业中16个电极上δ、θ、α1、α2、β的功率值。与安静睁、闭眼时相应的功率值比较,以了解大脑各区域的激活状况。结果表明5种言语作业均有大脑两半球参与,正常受试组均为左半球占优势,而在失语症组由于左半球病损后,皮质的活动区域减少,激活能力减低,加工需要右半球来分担,因而出现各种失语症状。
【Abstract】 Electroencephalograms (EEGs) wfere recorded in 7 aphasic patients and 40 normal subjects during five verbal tasks. The brain electrical activity mapping (BEAM ) of α1、α2、β、θ、δ band powers from 16 electrodes was calculated and compared with those at opening and closing-eye rest phases to realize the activating states of each cerebral area. The results showed that the two hemispheres were involved in the five verbal tasks. The activation in the left hemisphere was dominant in the normal group,however,in the aphasic group. different aphasic symptoms appeared when the activating areas and the activating capacity in the cortices were decreased because of the damage of the left hemisphere and the verbal processing was necessarily participated by the right hemisphere.
