【摘要】 本文报道了唑螨酯在柑桔和土壤中的消解动态和残留研究。样品经提取、净化、采用高效液相色谱紫外检测器检测，于土壤、桔皮、桔肉中各添加唑螨酯及其异构体０．０５～２．００毫克／千克，回收率：唑螨酯为７８．７～９９．７％（变异系数０．７～５．２％），异构体为８５．２～１０７．８％（变异系数１．０～４．９％）。最低检测浓度为０．００５毫克／千克。更多还原

【Abstract】 Residue and degradation of fenpyroximate and its isomer in citrus and soils were studied. The samples were grinded, extracted and cleaned then determined by HPLC using UV detector. The recoveries and coefficients of variation of fenpyroximate and its isomer were 78. 7 ￣ 99. 7%, 85. 2￣107. 8% and 0. 7￣5. 2%, 1. 0￣4. 9% respectively.
