【Abstract】 In this paper.a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method to determine two active ingredients of Shuanghuanglong consisting metsulfuron-methyl and chlorsulfuron was described.Chromatographic conditions were:clolumn, Nova-Pak C18,5μ,3.9mm×150mm; mobile phase,MeOH:H2O:NaAc (30:70: 0. 7, v/v/m); internal standard , coumarin;flow rate,1.2ml/min;deteded at 254nm.The variation coefficient were 0. 34%and 0. 61%, respectively.更多还原
