【Abstract】 Recently, Streptomyces as a valuable host for heterologous gene expression has been developed. The advantages and drawbacks of heterologous gene expression in Streptomyces, the Streptomyces promotors, the termination of gene transcription and the beginning of translation, the secretory signal of protein, the protease of Streptomyces and the other factors which affect the expression of heterologous gene in Streptomyces were discussed in this review.更多还原
