被子植物胚乳培养研究的历史与现状
The Historical and Current Status of Endosperm Culture in Angiosperms
【摘要】 在全面研究了自1933～1995发表的有关被子植物胚乳培养的文献的基础上,本文系统介绍了影响胚乳培养成败的各种因素,并分析了造成胚乳再生植株染色体倍性变异的可能原因.
【Abstract】 Based on comprehensive studies of the extensive literature of angiosperm endosperm culture published from 1933 through 1995, this review systematically analyses the factors affecting the outcome of endosperm culture, and discusses the possible causes of ploidy variation in endosperm-derived plants.
