【Abstract】 Wheat immature embryos were cultured on the induction media supplemented with differ- ent concentrations of ABA.ABA inhibited the shoot growth of embryos,but enhanced the formation of compact embryogenic structure and the number of meristematic cells in the calli.When the induced calli were transferred on differentiation media,the supplement with 0.5 mg·L^-1ABA in induction medium gave the highest frequency of shoot regeneration.更多还原
