【摘要】 应用兔抗健康人血清球蛋白吸附柱、兔抗猪囊尾蚴血清球蛋白吸附柱分别对人棘球蚴囊液粗抗原进行了免疫亲和吸附，制得纯化抗原，并用ＡＢＣ－ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测其抗原性。试验表明：经兔抗猪囊尾蚴血清球蛋白吸附柱纯化的抗原与人猪囊虫病血清的交叉反应为０，表明基本去除了粗抗原中所含的与猪囊尾的交叉成份。经兔抗健康人血清球蛋白吸附柱吸附后的抗原，并不影响对棘球蚴病人的阳性检出率，并在琼脂扩散试验中与兔抗人血清球蛋白之间没有出现沉淀线，这表明基本除去了粗抗原中的宿主成分。表明免疫亲和层析是一个有效的抗原纯化方法更多还原

【Abstract】 This study deals mainly with specific antigen purified by offinity chromatography from human Hydatid cystfluid ,one of which is obtained from column of rabit antiserum to cysticercosis(c.c.),another from column of rabit antiserum to healthy human serum.The columns are coulped to CNBr-activated Sepharose 4B.The results show that,The cross-reactive rate detected in ABC-ELISA between the antigen running through the rabit antiserum of c.c. and the serum from patients with human cysticercosis is decreased to 0.lt indicates that the crossreactive antigen had been taken off.The positive rate of hydatid disease is not affected though the antigen had been purified by colunm of rabit antiserum to healthy human serum,and there are no reactions between the purified antigen and the rabit antiserum to healthy human serum in Agar Diffusion Test.lt indicates that the host element in HHCF had been removed The study suggests that the method of purified antigen by affinity chromatography is a effective way.更多还原
