【摘要】 为了调查儿童体内尿铅含量的“建议限值”，作者于１９９５年９～１２月，选择银川市新市区、新城、老城区３～６岁学龄前儿童并选其父母均不从事铅作业者、居住地远离铅工矿区、在银川市居住３年以上的健康儿童为检测对象。随机抽样２８４人，其中男１５６人，女１２８人，采集空腹晨尿，用双硫腙法进行含铅量的测定。结果：男童ｘ为０．１５９μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，女童ｘ为０．１７１μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，经ｕ检验男女尿铅含量之间无显著性差异。故学龄前儿童铅含量可用同一“建议限值”来表示。经计算，３～６岁儿童尿铅ｘ为０．１６５μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，标准差为０．０７９６μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，故９５％的参考值上限为０．３７５μｍｏｌ／Ｌ。作者建议将尿铅含量０．３７５μｍｏｌ／Ｌ作为学龄前儿童尿铅水平的“建议限值”，并列入儿童正常体检指标。从而为进一步了解和控制铅污染、提高和保护儿童健康水平提供理论依据更多还原

【Abstract】 The limit value of the suggestion of the lead blood content in children′s body has been reported at home,bet up till now we haven′t seen such a report as that of the lead urine of children.From september to December,1995,the writer choose the healthy preschoolers,who have lived in yinchuan city for over three years,aged three to seven,as an object of the examination,whose parents don′t come into contract with lead and whose residence are far away from the mine with lead in random sampling 284 persons,boys constitute 156 and girls 128.we collect morning urine without having breakfast and use the method of dithizone to carry out the determination to lead content.Aa a result,boys  are 0.159μmol/L, girls  are 0.171μmol/L,By u test the lead urine content of the boys and girls has no obviously sex difference.so the preschoolers′ lead urine content may use the same limit value of the suggestion to express.By calculation the lead urine content  of children,aged three to six is 0.165μmol/L,Standard diffrence is 0.0796μmol/L,The 95% normal valae of the highest limit is 0.375μmol/L,our proposal is that the lead urine content 0.375umol/L is hte limit value of suggestion as a level of it in the preschoolers′urine and is placed in the normal target of physical examination.thus we provide a theoretical basis for the further understanding and controlling the pollution of lead,and raising and protecting the healthy level of chileren.更多还原
