花期喷硼对元帅苹果坐果及硼对苹果花粉萌发的影响

【摘要】 在成龄元帅苹果树盛花初期喷布7种浓度的硼酸,结果表明,50~800mg/kg的硼酸液能显著和极显著地提高花朵坐果率和花序坐果率。花粉萌发试验结果表明,低浓度硼酸对花粉萌发有明显促进作用。但随着浓度的增加,花粉萌发受到抑制或出现畸形萌发,花粉管扭曲生长,说明高浓度的硼抑制了花粉萌发和花粉管的伸长

【Abstract】 The boric acid of 7 different concentrations was sprayed on adult marshal apple trees in early flowering phase The results show that 50-800×10 -6 boric acid liquor can improve fruiting rates of flower and inflorescence significantly. A test on pollen germination shows that the boric acid of a low concentration can promote pollen germination obviously,but when the concentration increases pollen germination is restrained or abnormal germination occurs and pollen tubes grow twistily.It is concluded that the boron of a high concentration would restrain pollen germination and stretch of pollen tubes.
