【摘要】 应用雷公藤多甙（ＴⅡ）治疗多发性肌炎７例，其中４例仅用ＴⅡ治疗，另３例均在足够疗程的大剂量强的松治疗无效，并将强的松减量至极小维持量后，再用ＴⅡ治疗。该７例患者症状均消失，体征恢复到正常，肌酶谱降至正常范围。结果显示，ＴⅡ不仅对多发性肌炎有良好的疗效，而且对皮质类固醇治疗无效的病例仍有治疗作用。ＴⅡ治疗多发性肌炎的疗效与其免疫抑制作用密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied the 7 cases of polymyositis which had been treated with Tripterygium wilfordii Hook (TⅡ)Among them,four were treated with TⅡ only and the others were treated with T Ⅱ,and mininium dose of prednison after the sufficient prednison treatment was invalid.All of the patients had been restored to health. These results suggested that TⅡ has not only therapeutic effect in polymyositis,but also remains effective in the patients whose prednison treatment was invalid.TⅡ’s effect in polymyositis was closely correlated with its immunosuppressive effect.更多还原
