【摘要】 对１１９例精神科住院病人死因调查发现：躯体疾病、自杀、窒息、意外、药物中毒是其死亡原因，另有个别病人死因不明。其中躯体疾患是死亡的首要原因占６３．８％，自杀次之占１８．５％，两者共占死亡总数的８０％以上，揭示积极预防和治疗躯体疾病，加强有自杀企图病人的管理，可望大大减少住院精神病人的死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 he paper diseovered that 119 mental cases had died of diseases of body,suicide suffocation,accidents,poison of drugs and uuknown causes. Among them prevalent are diseases of body,ac-counting for 63.8 percent and suicide accounting for 18.5 percent with the both more than 80percent of the total mortality. Therefore,the paper suggeted that prevention and treatment ofbody diseases and intensification of management for attempting suicide should remarkably decreasethe mortality of the hospitalized mental cases.更多还原
