【摘要】 本文对４８例男科门诊病人遗传学进行研究。染色体异常为１０／４８，其中以小睾症和无精症阳性率最高，达６／１０，其次原因不明的男性不育患者。核型以４７，ＸＸＹ及其嵌合型为主９／１０。认为遗传学检查应作为男性不育患者门诊的常规检查和婚检的重要内容，而不能忽视。更多还原
