【摘要】 本文对６６例青年人胃癌的临床及病理学特征进行了总结分析，结果表明：青年人胃癌占同期胃癌病例的６％，其发病无性别差异。临床上早期症状无特异性，以上腹痛、上消化道出血、呕吐、上腹包块、贫血等表现为主。病变多位于胃窦部，以溃疡型多见，组织学类型以低分化腺癌，未分化癌及印戒细胞癌为主，易发生淋巴近转移，确诊时绝大多数属中晚期胃癌（Ⅲ、Ⅳ期占８５．７％）．根据上述特征．提议对有症状的患者在及早进行胃镜及病理学检查，力争早期确诊并施行手术，以提高生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 he clinicopathological characteristics of 66 cases of gastric carcinoma in young adultswere analysed in this paper.The results showed that the incidence was 6%.There was nodifference in sex.In the early clinical symptoms were no significant.Upper abdoman pain.hematemesis、vomit、an upper abdominal mass and anaemia mainly were clinical manifestation.The location mainly was in the gastric antrum,The gross type mainly was ulceration.The histologic types mainly were lower differentiation.undifferentiation carcinoma andsignet cell carcinoma.They mamly were andvanced stage(85.7%).It was emphasized thatin order to improve the poor prognosis, great attention should be paid to the early diagnosisof gastric carcinoma in young adult,so as to improve survival rates.更多还原
