【摘要】 以鱼鳞松（Ｐｉｃｅａｊｅｚｏｅｎｓｉｓｖａｒ．ｍｉｃｒｏｓｐｅｒｍａ）（Ｌｉｎｄｌ．）ＣｈｅｎｇｅｔＬ．Ｋ．Ｆｕ的根尖为材料，利用卡宝染色的常规压片法，对鱼鳞松根尖生长点细胞的染色体进行了观察和显微摄影。发现鱼鳞松具有一对随体，同时进行了核型分析，为其树种资源的开发，良种选育和分类提供了细胞学方面的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The chromosomes in the cells of the growing point of the root of Picea jezoensisvar. microsperma(lind.) Cheng. et L.K. Fu were observed by using the normal slice-making method of carbol fuchsin. The micrograph of its chromosomes was made. A coupleof SAT in the tip cells of Picea jezoensis var. microsperma were found for the first time andthe karyotype was analysed.The paper supplied the cytological data for exploiting precioustimber trees resources ,selecting and raising of improved variety and classification.更多还原
