【摘要】 采用凝胶电泳法，测定和分析了泡桐丛枝病株根、干、枝韧皮部和叶４个部位过氧化物（ＰＯＤ）同功酶季节性变化。结果表明，泡桐病株的不同部位过氧化物同功酶季节性变化规律是不同的。枝韧皮部各生长季节ＰＯＤ同功酶较健株少１条；根韧皮部和叶各生长季节ＰＯＤ同功酶较健株少２条，所不同的是根韧皮部酶带减少的位置在健株的第３条和第５条处，而叶则是在第５条和第６条处；干韧皮部病株ＰＯＤ同功酶，在休眠期和封顶期与健株相同，在展叶期和速生期较健株少１条。更多还原

【Abstract】 The seasonal changes of peroxidase(POD)isozyme in diseased Paulownia root,stem,branch and leaves were studied with gel electrophoresis in this paper.The results in-dicated that the changes of POD isozyme in diseased Paulownia trees varied with differentseasons,the POD isozyme belts in diseased tree branch phloem,root phloem and leaf at allgrowth stages were one or two less than the ones in the same part of the healthy trees re-spectively,the belts that were not found in diseased root phloem were the third and fifthone in the healthy trees,but those in the diseased leaf were the fifth and sixth belt.更多还原
