【摘要】 本文以硝酸银染色方法，检测３５名在工作中国接触带菌羊毛而感染发病的布鲁氏菌病患者的外周血淋巴细胞染色体核仁组织区的活性，并与正常对照组进行了比较，结果表明：患者组与对照组间的差异无显著性：且Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ大小、形态亦无明显差别；同时在两组中均未发现有双核仁组织区（ｄＮＯＲ）携带者。认为羊布鲁氏杆菌对人淋巴细胞染色体上ｒＲＮＡ代谢的影响不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Changes in the number of ucleolus organizer regions of chromosome of the work-ers infected with Brucella and healthy persons were studied by silver staining。The results indicat-ed that there were not obvious difference in Ag-NORs and Ag-AA between the patients withbrucellosis and the control。Through analyses we consider that brucellosis is not significantly more intense than controlfor the affecting metabolic activity of rRNA in chromosome.更多还原
