【摘要】 测定充血性心力衰竭(Congestive Heart Failure,CHF)患者和对照组各66例血清镁浓度及室性心律失常(Ventricular Arrhythmias,VA)发生情况,进一步了解血清镁与CHF时VA发生的关系.结果显示:CHF患者血清镁浓度((?)±S=0.841±0.119)明显低于对照组(X±S=1.056±0.092)(P<0.001).CHF时低血镁与VA发生存在一定的关系(OR=3.125),但低镁并非导致VA发生的唯一因素,CHF时VA发生与心衰程度等因素有关.提示:补镁对于治疗CHF、减少VA发生极为重要.更多还原

【Abstract】 Magnesium and ventricular arrhythmia (VA) were observed in 66 patients with congestive heart failure(CHF)to elucidate the relation between magnesium and VA patients with CHF. The results showed that magnesium in 66 patients was obviously lower than its control subjects(p<0.001) 玜nd certain relation was between low magnisum and VA patient with CHF.
