慢性砷中毒大鼠脊髓损伤的形态观察

【摘要】 作者对实验性慢性砷中毒后大鼠脊髓结构的变化进行了光镜和电镜观察。结果如下:砷中毒可引起脊髓神经元Nissl氏小体溶解、减少或消失;噬神经细胞现象;神经元固缩。神经元核周质及突起内线粒体肿胀或呈凝集变性;粗面内盾网扩张;脂褐质增多;突触间隙增宽,突触小泡减少;核膜间隙间断增宽。神经元周围的神经纤维髓鞘结构模糊。上述病理改变与饮高砷水时间关系密切。结果提示:砷可直接损伤脊髓。

【Abstract】 The structural changes of the spinal cords of the rats with chronical arseniasis were observed with light and electronic microscopes. The changes include reduction, dissolution and disappearance of Nissl’s bodies in the neuron;neuron pyknosis and neuronophagy. Swelling or agglutinate degeneration of the mitochondria in the perikaryon and processes of the neuron; dilation and decrease in quantity of rough endoplasm; increase of lipofusin; widenting of synaptic cleft; widening of perinuclear cistern discontinuously too; loosing or dissolution of myelin shealth,etc. All these changes were closely related to exposure time. We considered that chronic arseniasis may cause direct damages of the spinal cord.
