【Abstract】 A strain of Bacillus subtils Bs-98 was isolated in our laboratory, which possesses strong antagonistic abilities to several plant pathogens,such as Physalospora piricola and Fusarium graminearum etc.With the help of orthogonality experiments, we determined the optimal fermentative condition of Bs-98 and found the antifungal substance produced by it is insensitive to acidic,alkaline environment and heat.更多还原
