【Abstract】 The effect of six differet elicitors on secondary metabolism of Crown gall tissue of C.roseus cultured for 15 days was compared. All of them could stimulate the accumulation of total indole alkaloids. The elicitor from Verticillium dahliae was found most effective with the highest stimulation at 5ml homogenate per 100ml culture medium.更多还原
