【摘要】 以肺吸虫童虫、成虫冰冻切片抗原与１４例痰卵阳性血清作免疫酶染色试验（ＩＥＳＴ）因素的观察。其最适切片厚度为６μｍ，４℃、３０天抗原片的反应性下降不明显，－３０℃、１８０天抗原片的抗原反应性不减。血清量、血清孵育时间、酶结合物作用时间、试液离子强度及酸碱度均能影响试验结果。童虫、成虫冰冻切片抗原作ＩＥＳＴ诊断肺吸虫病，均呈现较高的敏感性、特异性及较低的交叉反应性，值得现场推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using frozen sections of adult and adolescent Paragonimus westermani as antigen immunoenzymotic staining technique (IEST) was used to examine serum of 14 patients, with eggs found insputa. The most suitable thickness of frozen sections was 6 μm. 4℃, 30 days and -30℃, 180 days, the decline of the titre was not obvious. The result was influenced by the volume and incubation period of the serum, the time for enzymatic reaction, ions concentration and pH of the test solution. IEST, using frozen sections as antigen, was highly sensitive, with high specificity and lower cross reaction. Therefore IEST is suitable for field surveys.更多还原
