有机锗营养液中有机锗与无机锗的分离测定
Isolation and determination of Organic Germanium and Inorganic Germanium in Nutritive Liquid
【摘要】 研究利用有机锗(Ge-132)与无机锗(GeO2)的性质差别。采用国产717强碱性阴离子交换树脂(转换成醋酸型),将营养液中的有机锗与无机锗分离。有机锗经 HNO3-H2SO4-H2O2系统消化后与无机锗用样采用苯基荧光酮显色测定。经对市售样品加标后的测定结果统计,无机锗的平均回收率为97.6,CV 为7.3%。有机锗的平均回收率为97.4%,CV1.3%。
【Abstract】 An ananlytical method for germanium compounds in nutritive liquid sample was de- velopod using ion-exchange chromatography.Germanium dioxide was separated from carboxyethyl Germanium sesquioxide(Ge-132),a synthetic-organic germanium compound,by 717 negative ion resin.By colorimetry with phenylfluorone,germanium dioxide was determined directly and Ge-132 after acid digestion.The mean recovery rates in the method are 97.6% for GeO2 and 97.4% for Ger-132 respectively.The variation coefficients were 7.3% for GeO2 and 1.3% for Ge-132 sepa- rately.
