【摘要】 介绍应用新鲜人胃腺癌组织块,在免疫力正常小鼠(BALB/C 纯系小鼠)肾包膜下进行异体移植的方法。观察手术及手术后第6、8、10、12天时移植物体积大小。结果,3例胃腺癌、21个移植物均移植成功,术后第6、8天移植物呈阳性生长,术后第8天移植物体积达最大值,后渐缩小。术后第8天平均体积较手术时增大了7.47个镜下单位(±s_x~-为7.47±0.77)更多还原

【Abstract】 Using fresh surgical explants of human gastric cancer,we present the method of trans- plant generation xenografts under renal capsule of normal immunoeompetent mouse(BALB/C mice). Measurements were made of length and width of transplant generation xenografts preoperation and post- operation on day 0,day 6,day 8,day 10 and day 12.The results showed that the transplantstion of 21 xenografts from three human gastric cancer had all positive growths on day 6 and on day 8.The av- erage.volume of xenografts showed a raise on day 8 by 7.47 ocular micrometer units(omu)(±s_:7. 47±0.77).更多还原
