【摘要】 目的：研究人白细胞脂加氧酶同工酶及黄芩甙对其抑制作用。方法：从人白细胞中提取脂加氧酶，经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳后，凝胶与底物反应３０ｍｉｎ，加入０．１％ＤＢＨ过夜。用光密度计扫描。结果：凝胶上出现“快带”和“慢带”。黄芩甙对脂加氧酶有抑制作用，但对“慢带”的抑制作用强。结论：黄芩甙对人白细胞中两种脂加氧酶同工酶的抑制程度不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study human leukocyte lipoxygenase isoenzymes and their inhibition by baicalin. METHODS:Lipoxygenase was extracted from human leukoytes. After electrophoresis,the gels were scanned by photoelectric densitometer following a reaction upon substrates for a night.RESULTS: Rapid band’ and ’slow band’of lipoxygenase isoenzymes were detected. Baicalin inhibited leukocyte lipoxygenase with a more strong action on slow band. CONCLUSIONS:There are two isoenzymes in human leukocytes. Baicalin selectively inhibits lipoxygenase isoenzymes.更多还原
