【摘要】 研究了壁虎属三种壁虎肝、肾、骨胳肌、心肌、精巢和卵巢的ＬＤＨ同工酶．结果表明ＬＤＨ同工酶有明显的组织特异性和种的特异性．ＬＤＨ同工酶可以作为鉴定三种壁虎的一项生化指标．铅山壁虎的ＬＤＨ迁移率小，区带之间的间距小，与多疣壁虎有明显的差别，可将其从多疣壁虎中独立出来更多还原

【Abstract】 The LDH isozymes of heart, kidney, liver, muscle, ovary and testis in three species of gecko: G. hokouensis , G. japonicus and G. swinhonis were studied by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results indicated that:① the LDH isozymes of the three geckos species had tissue differentiation and species speciality;② LDH isozyme may serve as a biochemical criterion to distinguish different species;③ the differenc of LDH zymogram between G. hokouensis and G. japonicus suggested that the former is a seperate species.更多还原
