37mmRLPG再生喷射燃烧过程的实验与模拟
Experimental and Computational Investigation on Regenerative Spray Combustion Process of 37mm RLPG
【摘要】 该文介绍了针对直孔活塞式37mmRLPG再生喷射燃烧过程进行实验测量和数值模拟研究所取得的结果及其分析。数值模拟中重点考虑了4种雾化和燃烧模型对模拟上述燃烧过程的适用性,它们是瞬态燃烧模型、单液滴模型、喷射雾化模型及雾化直径的燃烧室压力函数模型。发现瞬态燃烧模型和喷射雾化模型分别过高和过低地预测了着火后的压力升高率,压力函数模型预测的弹丸速度较小,而单液滴模型则既能较好地描述压力—时间历程,又能精确地预测弹丸炮口速度
【Abstract】 This paper presents the experimental and predicted results of the regenerative spray combustion process of 37mmRLPG.The suitabilities of four automization and combustion models,that is instantaneous combustion model,single droplet model,injection automization model and combustion pressure function model,have been checked in simulating above process,it is found that instantaneous combustion model overpredicts the rate of pressure rise after ignition,injection automization model and pressure function model give the predictions that are shortfall in the rate of pressure rise and the projectile velocity,respectively,while single droplet combustion model can be used to get good predictions both of that pressures and of the projectile velocity.
