新的萃取光度法测定食品中微量铅
A New Method for Extractive Spectrophotometry Determination of Microamount of Lead in Food
【摘要】 研究了Pb(Ⅱ)-KI-罗丹明B-TritonX-100多元配合物萃取光度法测定微量铅的新方法,该配合物λmax=565nm;表观摩尔吸光系数ε565=1.0×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Pb2+在0~30μg/10ml一范围内遵守Beer定律.本法用于皮蛋等食品中微量铅测定获得令人满意结果.
【Abstract】 A new method for extractive spectrophotometry with Ph(Ⅱ) - KI - Rhodamine B - Triton X - 100 multicomponent complex of determination of microamount of lead in food has been studied. The complex has maximum absorption at 565 urn and the molar abedrptivity is 1. 0 ×105 L·mol-1· cm-1, Beer’s law is obeyed for Ph(Ⅱ) in the range of 0~30 μg/10mL. Thin new method has been applied to the determination of lead in food with satisfactory results.
