【摘要】 ９０例肾综合征出血热分成硝苯地平、卡托普利治疗组和对照组，进行尿蛋白、血肌酐、全身中毒和胃肠道症状、并发症、血压、病型、少尿期的观察。结果显示：在血容量足、非休克情况下，较早常规使用血管扩张剂，可减轻病情、缩短病程，减少并发症、高血压的发生率和持续时间，提高低血压休克期和少尿期的越期率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Putting 90 cases of the Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome into two groups,One is for the treatment consists of the Nifedipine and the Captopril,and the other for thd Comparison.As a result of the treatment to the Hemorrhagio Fever with Renal Syndrome had been under observation from the examination in the urinary protein, the serum creatinine,the whole body of the poisoning symptoms,the complication, the blood rpessure,the digestive tract symptoms,the kind of an illness and the stage of the oliguria showed that earller using of the Vasodilator than the convention of usual with the plent of the blood volume and the mon-shocking conditions,it can relieve the patient’s conditions shortening the course of disease reducing the complication.and the incidence of the high blood pressure and the lasting of time,raising the rate of the oversteps of the stage of the oliguria and the shocking stage of the low blood pressure while the calcium ion antagonist indicated getting better effectiveness than the angiotensin conversion erizyme inhibitor.更多还原
