【摘要】 阐述了铁道运输露天矿生产系统内部运行机制．提出了符合铁道运输露天矿特点的一种新的构模方法．通过对海州露天矿和新邱露天矿的实例研究，论证了采剥、运输、排土环节的关系．构造出不受线路结构及站型限制的行车关系模型，确保了模拟中的列车按铁路技术管理规程、铁路行车组织规则、车站行车工作细则的要求组织行车．模型具有较强的通用性和可靠性，可用于铁道运输露天矿生产管理决策、各环节匹配关系和系统能力分析及未来生产状态的预测等．更多还原

【Abstract】 The internal operational mechanism for production system of an open cast mine with railway transport system is described.A new method for setting up a model which can satisfy the characteristics of an open cast mine with railway transportation system was proposed.Case study of Haizhou and Xinqiu open cast mines has described the relation of stripping,transportation and overburden disposal.A model for train running relation is set up which is not constrained by structure of railway line and type of station.It can ensure that the operation of the train can meet the requirements specified by “Regulations of Technical Management”,“Rules of Railway Operational Organization”,“Details of Train Running in the Station”.This model has high versatility and reliability.It can be used in decision making for production management,for analysis of compatibility of all the production links and system capability and for prediction of future production.更多还原
