用于二冲程汽油机分层扫气系统的新型燃油供给系统——膜片式喷射化油器
Diaphragm Injection Carburettor (DIC)——A New Fuel Supply System for 2-stroke Gasoline Engine with Stratified Scavenging System
【摘要】 二冲程汽油机由于严重的燃油短路损失造成功率时间质量油耗高和未燃碳氢化合物(HC)排放严重的缺点。新型供油系统——膜片式喷射化油器(DIC)能较好地满足二冲程汽油机分层扫气系统对供油系统的各种要求,大幅度地降低油耗和排放。膜片式喷射化油器是在常规化油器的基础上作了局部改进,结构简单可靠,成本同等低廉,而且发动机本身不需要作较大的改动,具有实用价值。
【Abstract】 Higher fuel rate and emissions from unburned HC would happen with 2-stroke gasoline engine due to the serious loss of fuel short circuit. DIC will very well meet requirements from 2-stroke gasoline engine with stratified scavenging system for the fuel supply system,reducing greatly fuel consumption and emissions. DIC,partly improved from the conventional carburettor, is practical for its simple & reliable structure,lower cost and less changement of the engine.
