在渗透蒸发过程中渗透组分在渗透边膜表面处的浓度预测
Prediction of the concentrations of penetrants on the surface of membrane at the permeate side in pervaporation process
【摘要】 基于Flory-Huggins热力学理论和膜-气两相平衡理论,建立了膜-气两相吸附相平衡模型方程并预测出水和乙二醇分子在交联聚乙烯醇膜渗透边表面处的浓度是很小的,从而证明了人们常常将渗透边膜表面处渗透组分的浓度近似为零的处理方法是合理的
【Abstract】 A membrane gas sorption phase equilibrium model has been developed on the basis of Flory Huggins thermodynamics and membrane gas sorption phase equilibrium theory. The model was applied to the system of water ethylene glycol crosslinked poly (vinyl alcohol) membrane, and the calculated results of the derived equations showed that the volume fractions of water and ethylene glycol on the surface of crosslinked poly (vinyl alcohol) membrane at the permeate side were very small (~10 -3 ). The results were full proof that the concentrations of penetrants on the surface of membrane at the permeate side in pervaporation process can be approximated to the zero reasonably.
